ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. 7 DAYS WILL BEGIN WHEN THE ACTUAL PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED ON THE CARRIER'S WEBSITE.
Returns can be initiated by email email@example.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. We will only issue a full refund if it is our error. (Examples: wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, etc.)
If this is not an error of Classy Gentlemen Clothing, LLC we will accept the product or products back with a 25% restocking fee. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for shipping the product back at their own expense and must provide valid tracking number with the return via email. The restocking fee cannot be applied to the new purchase.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on Custom Suits. If there is something wrong with your product, contact us via email or call.
Products must be shipped back in unworn and undamaged condition in order to receive a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions or concerns.
